भारत सरकार(GOI) की नई सेवा, तत्काल (हाथों-हाथ) मिलेगा पैन कार्ड(E-PAN),ऑनलाइन अप्लाई कैसे करें ?

           

         

          आयकर विभाग ने सोमवार 16 जुलाई 2018 को आधार कार्ड के माध्यम से आधार आधारित पैन नंबर देने की सेवा की शुरुआत की है। सरकार द्वारा इसका नाम E-PAN सेवा रखा गया है ,आप सभी को पता है की PAN कार्ड बनवाने के किए कहा कहा भटकना पड़ता है और जब आप अप्लाई कर देते है तो 20 से 25 दिन लगते है इसको आने मे | इसी समस्या को ध्यान मे रखते हुये भारत सरकार ने इस सेवा का प्रारम्भ किया है  इसके सेवा के द्वारा PAN नंबर तत्काल जनरेट करके तुरंत यानि की हाथों-हाथ प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा । आयकर विभाग की आधार आधारित  यह सेवा पूरी तरह से निःशुल्क है। इसके माध्यम  आधार कार्ड धारकों को E-PAN नंबर दिया जाएगा।

E-PAN सेवा के जरिए उन लोगों को तत्काल प्रभाव से PAN नंबर प्राप्त  कराया जाएगा जिन्हें और सरकार की अन्य सेवाओं के लिए PAN नंबर की जरूरत है। इस सेवा के माध्यम से  आधार से जोड़े गए  मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP पासवर्ड के लिए E-PAN नंबर जारी किया जाएगा।

ध्यान देने योग्य बात यह है कि आपके आधार कार्ड में मोबाइल नंबर, पता, जन्म तिथि और अन्य जानकारियां एक दम सही-सही हों, क्योंकि इन्हीं के आधार पर E-PAN जारी होगा। E-PAN जारी होने के कुछ दिन बार दिए गए पते पर PAN  कार्ड भेज दिया जाएगा। आयकर विभाग की यह सेवा किसी संस्था या कंपनी के लिए नहीं है यह सेवा सिर्फ व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए है |

 

यदि आप स्वयं के किए या किसी के लिए जिसके  पास PAN नहीं है तो आप आयकर विभाग की वेबसाइट https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/home पर

 जाकर अप्लाई कर सकते है यहाँ आपको बायीं और  सबसे ऊपर इस्टैंट E-PAN  का विकल्प मिलेगा। उस पर विकल्प पर क्लिक करने पर आपके सामने एक window खुलेगी। उसके बाद आपको नीचे की ओर Apply  करने का विकल्प मिलेगा। उस पर क्लिक करने के बाद दिये गये निर्देशों का पालन करें यहा पर आपसे आधार कार्ड का विवरण मांगा जाएगा। इसके बाद तुरंत हाथों-हाथ E-PAN मिल जाएगा।

MPONLINE  पोर्टल को 2006  में स्टार्ट किया था जो की अभी तक लगातार MP  में अपनी सेवाए दे रहा है.

 MP Online कहाँ – कहाँ उपलब्ध है ?

MPONLINE पोर्टल आज मध्य प्रदेश के सभी 51 जिलों की 350 से ज्यादा तहसीलो में 10 से अधिक जगह पर अपनी सेवाए दे रहा है. MPONLINE कई अलग अलग सरकारी विभागों से संबन्धित सेवाएँ जैसे माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल, यूनिवर्सिटीज या कॉलेज में एडमिशन, धार्मिक संस्थानों के लिए डोनेशन MP  टूरिज्म के लिए टिकट बुकिंग, ऑनलाइन बिल भुगतान , Govt jobs  में ऑनलाइन आवेदन, एग्जाम के लिए आनलाईन आवेदन और साथ की अलग अलग संस्थानों में एडमिशन हेतु ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग आदि कई सेवाएँ प्रदान करता है.

MPONLINE कियोस्क आवेदन हेतु सामान्य शर्तें (www.mponline.gov.in से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार)

आवेदन भरते समय यह सुनिश्चित कर ले कि-

1.   आवेदक के पास स्वयं अथवा किराये की सार्वजनिक स्थान पर कम से कम 10X10 वर्गफुट की दुकान/ऑफिस/इंटरनेट कैफे होना आवश्यक है।

2.   आवेदनकर्ता की दुकान/ऑफिस/इंटरनेट कैफे में कम्प्यूटर, प्रिंटर, स्कैनर, बायोमेट्रिक डिवाईस एवं इंटरनेट ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन लगा होना चाहिए ।

3.   विद्युत कनेक्शन के सांथ पर्याप्त पावर बैकअप होना आवश्यक है।

4.  आवेदक की शैक्षणिक योग्यता कम से कम 10 वी उत्तीर्ण होने के साथ-साथ कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेट करने का तकनीकी ज्ञान एवं हिन्दी (यूनिकोड) एवं अंग्रेजी टाइपिंग में पारंगत होना अनिवार्य है  ।

5.  आवेदनकर्ता  के पास ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने से पहले ही स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया अथवा यूनियन बैंक की नेटबैंकिंग सुविधा होना  है।

6.  कियोस्क आवंटन प्रक्रिया MPONLINE द्वारा प्राप्त ऑनलाइन आवेदनों के आधार पर कियोस्क का आवंटन निम्नानुसार किया जावेगा-

 प्राप्त आवेदनों का निराकरण 30 working days में कर दिया जाता है ।

    प्रत्येक आवेदन एवं उसके संलग्नकों का परीक्षण निम्न नियमों के आधार पर किया जावेगा-

   a) आवेदनकर्ता की  आयु 18 वर्ष से बराबर या अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।

   b)   आवेदनकर्ता का ID card साफ साफ एवं आवेदक की फोटो के साथ सांथ  दिखाई देना चाहिये एवं आवेदन में दी गई पहचान पत्रों की सूची में से एक होना चाहिये |

  c) आवेदन में दिये गए स्थान के address का प्रमाण साफ साफ  दिखाई दे रहा हो एवं गुमाश्ता या नियमानुसार अन्य प्रमाण पत्र के रूप में हो|

  d) आवेदन में बताये गये स्थान में कम्प्यूटर, प्रिंटर, स्कैनर, बायोमेट्रिक लगा होना  दर्शाया हो एवं क्षेत्र में उपस्थित किसी भी इंटरनेट सर्विस प्रोवाइडर से internet कनेक्शन लेना दर्शाया हो electricity कनेक्शन के अलावा  पावर बैकअप होना भी दर्शाया हो|

नोट- उपरोक्त किसी भी नियम/शर्त पूरी न करने पर आवेदन को निरस्त किया जा सकता है|
